We’ve been making an effort to catch up on our blog posts lately.  We photograph so many weddings and events, it’s almost impossible to post everything we do.  Here’s one of our favorites from New Jersey over the Summer.  As many of you know, we photograph weddings in Naples, Miami, Tampa, Philadelphia & South Jersey with no extra travel fees right now.  Of course, we are also available worldwide to photograph your wedding — just ask!  Anyway, I grew up in South Jersey and spent many weekends and weekdays at the Jersey Shore, so it was so much fun to photograph Dawn & Ralph’s wedding in Cape May!  Ralph is in the service, so it was tough to schedule an engagement session with the couple, because Dawn wasn’t sure when he’d be home.  We actually ended up doing their engagement session one week before the wedding!  The weather was a bit cloudy, but we ended up getting some awesome pictures.  We started in the boiler room at Congress Hall in Cape May, then visited the Cape May lighthouse and Cape May Point hoping for a sunset.  Unfortunately, the clouds set in, but we were lucky enough to capture the Spirit of Cape May moving along in the background in the shot below.  Dawn and Ralph were married by the Mayor of Cape May Dr. Edward J. Mahaney Jr.

Justin and Amber are from Iowa and decided to have a Naples destination wedding on the beach.  For their engagement session, they decided to do something different and incorporate one of their interest into their pictures.  Justin is a big Milwaukee Brewers baseball fan.  I was able to reserve some time for our photo shoot at the Red Sox Stadium in Fort Myers, FL.  Wedding planner Along Came Stephanie helped us style the shoot on location.  The couple brought along some bats, gloves, and even a jersey.  Just before hitting the field were able to grab a few shots with another one of their interests – their two dogs!   Like many couples planning destination weddings, Justin and Amber had scheduled a trip from out of town to plan their Naples wedding.  They only had one day on the schedule for their engagement session, and they ended up getting a cloudy day — we even had some rain… but I think the rainbow made up for it!  I should mention, we’ve been BUSY recently… so much so we haven’t had time to update the blog or website, so we’re trying to catch up on some posts.  Justin and Amber were married on November 16th.  We’ll be posting their Naples wedding soon!baseball engagement photographyNaples wedding photography

Patricia & Nick are from New Jersey, and planned a small wedding at LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort in Naples, FL.  The wedding was so small — there were only two people!  Patricia, and her husband Nick.  Head concierge Gail Alvarado officiated their wedding.  Gabriella Verderamo from Salon Tease applied Patricia’s makeup to perfection!  Botanicals on the Gulf put together Patricia’s gorgeous wedding bouquet and flower arrangements.  The day was a bit cloudy – but it was still a beautiful day and this couple definitely enjoyed every moment!  Patricia was so kind to write us a review on Wedding Wire!  Check it out below!

Kristin and Andrew were married at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort!   The sunset on their day was absolutely gorgeous.  We left the reception later that night for some dramatic night shots outside of the Marco Beach Ocean Resort.  Kristin really wanted to jump in the water while wearing her dress on the wedding day!  BUT- that would mean she’d be a little soggy for her reception, so we decided to do a trash the dress shoot a few days later (we’ll re-post the trash the dress session at a later time so you can see ALL the images).  In the image below with the boat in the background Kristin and Andrew are on a sand bar on Fort Myers beach!!

Kristin says… “Andrew and I met our Freshman year of high school at a football team dinner. He was the quarter back and I was a cheerleader. Despite so many people telling us high school sweethearts never last, we never that affect our relationship – and showed everyone, it can work.”
